Introduction
Global Centre for Education and Technology Transfer (GCETT) is registered a as UK Limited Company, which has been establishes to deliver training, technology transfer programmes and recruit international students primarily, but not exclusively in the North African (NA) and Middle eastern (ME) regions. The Company includes experienced staffs that are well aware of the culture and educational requirements of these regions, thereby enabling the Company to provide a first class service.

Mission and Vision
The Company’s Mission is to meet the learning and development objectives of individuals and organizations based in NA and the E to assist them in achieving their maximum potential, thereby fostering the development of ambitious leaders, educational institutions and corporations capable of operating in the global environment. Our goals, therefore, are to be a leader in the delivery of international education and training. The Company’s Vision is to extend this service to individuals and organizations in other regions of the world.


Aims and Objectives
The principal aims of GCETT are to:
  • Provide educational development opportunities to those living and working in NA and the ME, and potentially beyond these regions,
  • Foster understanding and good working and cultural relations between the NA, the ME and the UK.

    • These aims will be achieved by :
  • Delivering training and technology transfer programmes in a wide range of topics such as petroleum engineering, business, marketing, banking, human resource development, special needs education and nursing,
  • Involving British universities and colleges in the region in the delivery of these programmes both in the region and overseas.


    • The Management and Consultancy Team includes a former Dean of Engineering, Science and Technology, an expert in international education and a senior consultant on technology transfer particularly in relation to the Middle East and Far East countries who has also worked in the ME. All of these people work par-time for the Company and have worked for universities in the region.
